naw odd numbers aren't jinxed, but betting a prime number in this spot w/ so many non prime numbers to be used in the betting range is definitely a jinx!

I think a bigger flop bet would be fine here, and turn too. Lots of 98 78 68 type hands and if you get raised on turn its like a slam donk fold
as played, probably c/f if the guy is passive, if hes aggro I dunno, depends on the bet, most likely c/f still. Alternatively, bet/fold might be ok vs passive, though I'm not sure about that since a ton of those pair + draw hands made 2p on river.
