This is a live NL 200$ game were most players are loose passive
preflop and become weak tights postflop, execpt for seat 9, who's
a very decent player, somewhat tight but does his share of moves .
Seat 3, is very tight, and always comes in with a 10$ raise preflop.

Button is on seat 7, players in seat 1,2 and 3 all limp

My hole card: TsTc

I raise to 11$, everyone folds and seat 3 takes his time, and calls .

Flop comes 9s3s2s .

Seat 3 bets out 13$
I raise to 41$, he goes all-in for 142$ more, I cover him.
We have no history so far except that I 3 bet him once
and took down the pot preflop, nothing special.

Is this a clear fold? Should we even consider calling here?
I'm confused in this hand . I think he would never call a raise OOP
with a suited connector heads-up.
