I don't know if I'd call turn on this board with this action because I don't think you get paid if you hit river unless you are beat, imo.
Unless you bet some ridiculously small amount on the river to try getting a call (like $1 or something) I think that is the only way a turn call can be breakeven+ here as played, but even then you would have to be good almost 100% of the time anyway. I'd still say just dump it.
Another reason I say you don't really have any implied odds is because a completed draw would look so obvious to any one pair hand with this line even at NL10, and I doubt anyone but the biggest fish would call you if you hit.
