Before I saw the result of this hand, my first thought was, 3bet flop.
Calling here is soooooooo saying "hey i have a overpair", probably not because it's nl25 but still. Reraise imo.

Just make it 10 after his raise and commit yourselfes.

And his minraise is a polarized (semi)bluff / 9, and making it to 10 and calling a shove on this flop in this case is way worse than flatting and letting him hang himself oop.
