i do play 6-max. there was a thread about this a while ago, where casper and nazgul or someone talked about how you should play overpairs on flops like this: dont bet them. its pretty much impossible that nobody connected and you have no idea where you stand by betting and will only be building a pot with a completely marginal hand. if you check the flop and a totally inconsequential turn comes then you should bet
