tbh I probably fold to that turn bet, I dont think you can call turn/fold river it is kinda spewy. The turn sizing just seems very strong and so many hands beat yours or have v good equity...Although it may seem like he might bet all draws on turn and shutdown on the river I think he does actually bluff the river with draws a decent amount of the time(if he is a thinking player) because he would expect you to jam the turn with any type of v strong made hand and would expect you to think he would not bluff the river.
