I think i'd be leading this turn almost every time, I can't see many reasons to check it, and if I do I don't check raise so small that he has to call with anything and I've got no idea where I am whatever hits the river and gained no more information.

Lets be honest here, if you pot pot turn and river you're allin anyway no reason to check give up pot control and a free card on the turn.
