I think if u assume he will shove a draw like FD, OESD, or monster then ur fine getting it in. But I don't think you are ever up against a lower ace. So if you don't htink he shoves draws I'd fold to the 3bet, if you think he shoves draws then standard play and really sux u got cooler. Hope you come out of this downswing soon. and ya drop in stakes man 200nl is like 100 times easier then 400nl
