tbh Id probably fold...his betsizing on the turn+riv screams that he smacked the river pretty hard.
I dont see him valuetowning worse as Im pretty sure he would not overbet jam annnnnny one pair hands and you are beat by all 2 pairs which make up a pretty large % of his range

Your just beat by so much on the riv (QJhh/67/AT/T9/TT)and those are just the combos that got there on the river
I think he valuetowns himself a very small % compared to that range that id fold
