Note that all of this is at the 10-15bb range. <10 we "have" to shove or fold, but there's still an edge to be exploited at larger stacks, right?
Vill:
Extremely passive nit running like 30/8/1. If we assume that he is only shoving premium here (A5+,22+,KTs/KJo+), we are ~35% against it. We're getting 620 into a 1440 pot, needing 43%. It's close, but just based on that, this seems like a fold.

Since his biggest leak is pf tightness (opposed to being completely retarded and shoving trash), I think the maximally exploitative strategy would be to minraise 100% and call with a certain range that is breakeven or better with whatever odds presented to us.
Questions:
-Can we "improve" by calling with a tighter range while minraising 100%? (unlikely at 15bb?)
-Assuming he is not going to adjust to our minraises, there is no point adopting a shove-or-fold strategy, since we give up free blinds, correct?
-Assuming he IS going to adjust (by bluff-shoving a wider range), how loose would he have to get before we can profitably tighten up? Is shove-or-fold the correct adjustment here if he only opens up a little bit, or should we just minraise and call off with a wider range ourselves?
(This is off the idea at the other extreme, where he bluff shoves 100%, we realize there is no more FE minraising, so we start shove-folding or maybe limping.)
