Considering it's $0.02/$0.05 you have no reason to take it easy so there's nothing except rebuy to this hand imo, that's why I asked why you posted in the first place ;o
In the long run you will make money from AJ-J9 and alot worse hands aswell so it's fine.
What you can do is check the river so you give him a chance to bluff if he missed his diamond draw.. That will also insure that you don't get totally busted against KK-AA set or 9T but very often those hands will push if you check =pp
Anyway my point is you won't lose in the long run doing what you did
