If you raise, raise properly, but in fact don't raise here at all since you're only calling preflop for set odds. There's no need to invest more to try and take a small amount (certainly not w/ a minraise cause you provide incredibly good odds so basically you're not folding out any hand). Plus there's a guy behind you.
