lol I have no idea what I'm doing, is this an ok starting hand?

It's ok for an open raise in 6max but you played the flop terribly imo. You only have one draw and it is so far from the nuts if it even hits, and your made hand is only an overpair which you have no idea is even good at this point, that you should only be calling the flop at most, and maybe fold sometimes because you don't even know how likely a Q is actually an out for you. It would be really bad to hit your Q and jam it only to run into some kind of AK hand, which could still be very likely.
