i didnt really have time to think this hand through, but in this turn spot, against someone who is kinda fishy, thoughts?

turn and river, or if u think money goes in on turn then nvm

villain... well pokerstars has reset its tables so i cant pull up stats, but i think he was fishy, out of 10 on the fish scale he would have been a 5 to 6

Im not sure why you are underbetting everywhere getting yourself into tought spots... on the turn its meh because 8x got there but flush didnt, so if you check he is betting his 8x always and checking back his FDs some % of the time, so if he did end up putting a decent sized bet your pretty fucked thats why Id rather just bet the turn and stack off.Note that if you had bet 12 on the flop you can just jam the turn regardless.

cheers evil and red, going to try and make sure this doesn't happen again

after giving this some thought i think i've realised the main reason my bets have been weird... ive been using auto bet pot script and was going through some kelisitaan hands and obviously he is a big winner and he minraises a lot, but another noticable thing is he bets like half pot to 2/3 pot most often... i set my bet pot script to do this automatically and then usually i adjust it when needed (didnt think clearly on this board though and adjust the flop cbet)

but the thing is when i 3bet him... i actually thought this was a pot sized raise cos i used the bet pot script to raise it... but i just realised then that since my cbet size is like 2/3, the 3bet size is also 2/3 of what it should be, hence me mistakingly believe i was properly pot raising it when i wasnt like u guys pointed out

so yea im gonna pay attention to this in the future, and if needed ill just do the pot maths in my head to make sure =P
