I played this one so bad .. I was a bit too tired to think. The reason for the play on the river was that I thought he would raise a set on the turn and therefor would fold like AJ/QQ.

there's no way in hell anyone ever folds better then JT or something here. Not that I really dislike the riverbet, but still.

good to know.. thats also a reason why I wanted to post this hand - what is his calling/pushing range on the river?
I tried to play it like a set, it was like the first time in the game I had 3barreled him oop (starting with C/R flop - doesnt my play represent a strong hand?) too bad I ran into a set

Yeah, if for example you had KTdd and you river a king, you have a pretty easy bet/fold.
