this guy is such a crybaby. his account on stars was put under hold for 1 day because of a suspicious transfer to his account. He started whining and crying to stars that he was a high roller and winner of a bracelet. Hilarious thread on pocket fives which i do not feel like digging up, but very funny.

This is one part of poker etiquette I don't really understand.

He's not gaining an unfair advantage by only playing 10 hands, why shun him?

i don't think my reaction is that extreme

but u don't understand why it's rude to get really lucky on one huge pot and immediately leave?

why was he even playing in the first place then?

do u think he would have left after 10 hands if he was down $?

travis how the hell did u raise your BR to play 100/200 limit so fast?

there is a light at the end of the tunnel... (but sometimes the tunnel is long and deep as hell)

btw i agree i dont think its a big deal
and most ppl are way overly bitchy about "hit and runs"

but sucking out to win 1 big hand and then immediately leaving is just rude

Not any unfair advantage but still not very mannered to hit&run without saying before you only can play for a short time or something? You always kinda want a chance to have revenge.
