His range seems rather weak preflop (not sure how big your sample size is) but he doesn't show a real propensity to fold. Even though he also seems tight preflop those numbers can be extremely deceiving. About your line, I don't even c-bet this flop 100% of the time depends on sample size, my possible read and stack size mostly and on the turn this is probably a c/f.
