if your not planning on getting QQ in on the best possible board, you should fold to his 4bet pf.

Why exactly did you call preflop if you're not shipping this flop?

This is pretty bad to be honest. I'd prefer to raise to at least .35 pre, but it's not a huge deal. You should never be flatting a 4bet like this though. Especially oop, I don't know why you'd ever flat a 4bet. If you think you're beat, then fold. If you think you're good, then get it in. You don't have odds to set mine, so I don't know why you'd call. You're also oop the whole hand, he could be very well out playing you with AK here. He's most likely a big pair, but you're owning yourself by flatting his 4bet oop. Allin or fold pre.
