When he 3bets you on this board you have a few options. I generally don't like the small 4bet. It's a fairly dry board.. there are some straight draws but it's not terrible. In spots like this you can actually just call his 3b here and raise his turn bet. The other option you have and one I would use if I thought he was stronger would be to just over shove allin at this point. Many players especially those at these limits will make either hero calls or just bad calls in general. Another option would be to call the flop bet and just over shove the turn. Really though there's no reason to make a mini 4b raise here. If he is drawing then he has all the odds in the world to call. If he does have a hand then you might be starting to scare him off at this point.
