The flop call is alot to call with what he has at least to me Guy might have a set so the over card might not be good. I guess i see why he stayed in after that. Mad respect to the guy im not knocking him saying hes bad but wow what a hand for him. 3 5 spades comes to mind as well. I wish I was half as good as he is and half the bankroll. |

maybe he's not a fish but it just seems weird he had no big finishes in any kind of tourney then he wins the stars Sunday and now is playing NL5000. I wonder what stakes he played before. |

oh I didn't get it I thought you said the other guy was a fish but yea I agree.. except I guess alot of value since it became a 50k pot. I can see how you get lost in this pot with such a hand. |

Yea I was talking about halling being the fish. The guy that lost, had jack ten diamonds (he said that at least) I'd go broke for sure if i had that, thats a monster draw= flush, straight, straight flush draw. He is also drawing to the nuts so easy all in committment to that one. Seemed like the guy that lost should have pushed the turn to elminate all bull shit and make halling pay a shit load to call which he prolly would have, but at least try and price him out. Pot is still huge on the turn so he would take down alot if it ended there but hall would have prolly called the push so this prolly was inevitable. All this is based on the fact the guy said he had jack ten diamonds which we all know poker players are not to honest but it's highly possible based on the situation. |
