It seems like you are ahead of the opener's range and could get it in. non biased opinion on the hand - personally i go allin here just about everytime, the 5x PFR is indicative of a ton of hands like 22+ that doesn't want a PF call, and some players do this with hands like AA-KK, but imho you are around 58-63% vs his range, and should get it in. The shorty's decision shouldn't matter since he will be going allin w/ that stack with a wide range of hands, he will be flipping AT and 55 so often here.
