flop play is WEAK you bet $3 into a an $8 pot making givng anyone chasing a draw almost 4:1 on theur money to draw, just becauswe there are a lot of limpers and you hit TPTK, does not mean you are beat, but if you are not going to bet aggresivley don't bet at all, the general rule is NEVER bet less than half the pot unless its river play.
if your wondering how much to bet go watch some hands played by guys like Nazgul, Frozzor, Twised, Me (TalentedTom) + there are others but I cant mention them all your betting structure is weak. Look at the size of their bets in relation to total pot size you will see more often than not they always bet aggresivley.
Also preflop when there are a lot of limpers, juice up your opening bet, a good general rule is the size of the pot +2-4BB's, eg. if there are no limpers you bet 3-5BB's but if there are 2 limpers infront of you you bet 5-7BB's, you must always give them as bad odds as possible of making a better hand than yours, if you find still too many people are calling your bets, bet as much as you can get away with dont be shy.
