PplusAD   Germany. Feb 01 2009 12:37. Posts 7180 cause u want to avoid tilt ? I think thats really important and i have to work on that a lot. I know a guy whos a NL2 K reg and a good winner. And he says as soon there is even the tiniest hint that he is on tilt he insta quits poker for 20 minutes. U see what i did there with A8 ?
