I'm probably going to 5x iso this since he's a little over a half stack. I usually 4x when they get a bit lower than half stack.
This is another flop where you can manipulate your bet size due to the flop texture being a relatively dry paired board. I think a cbet here is good, but it's more so a steal type of bet than it is a pure value bet. Obviously we aren't fist pumping when we get called on this flop since there is a pair of Jacks out there, but it doesn't mean we're always beat either.
I'd probably bet 6 into 8.50 and evaluate the situation if I get called. Since this seems like one of those way ahead/way behind type of spots, I honestly don't mind checking the turn. Double barreling pressures out most hands we beat (other than KQ or 98), and you'll be playing pot control vs. slow played trips. However, this does look like a good spot to make a value bet on a brick river, since pairs might look you up thinking you're betting A high.
Other than that, I'm folding to any flop or turn aggression. We've basically represented a big hand on a paired board 4way, so it's just extremely unlikely anyone would be making a play here.
