Haha ok, I see you didn't flop a straight with a flush draw here so the comment makes more sense.
Pre flop I would just fold, this hand misses so many flops and will get you into spots like this where you will want to bluff and win the pot. I'd probably even fold A8- a lot of the time, since a lot of players are so loose blind vs blind and playing out of position is really difficult.. especially if they are going to be making moves on you. The only time I would raise would be when the big blind is super super tight. You can click on his HUD stats to open his full stats window and see his Folds To Steal % as the BB. Generally 85%+ fold is good enough to raise with any two. Keep in mind though that if a player of this type does call you, he probably has a strong hand.. so just give up unless you hit a good hand.
The flop is just a check fold. Any good player will outplay you here by either floating or raising when you lead, b/c so many different hands can be represented. You probably won't have this problem much at lower limits.. but definitely at higher limits. Check/folding may seem as a passive/weak play, but in reality, leading is just too spewy. This flop is super wet and you have no outs that make you feel warm and fuzzy inside about having. Even if he checks behind here (showing potential weakness), I'd just check the whole hand down.. it's done from the start. Your K high is also somewhat decent for showdown value if he turns out being weak, since you are ahead of QJ/JT/random garbage. I'd be more inclined to bet T2o here since you have 0 showdown value.. but it's still just a check fold either way.
When he does call this flop, the 3h is a terrible card to continue betting on when you have nothing. Not only does it not scare him, but may even help his range since it's somewhat coordinated with the board. A black J+ would be a much safer card to bet, and everything else I'd check. You also bet pretty small on the turn, so he's really not folding any draws.
The river you bet hard, but again it's such a non scary card that the only hand you can really represent at this point is TT+. At the same time though, you'd have bet much harder on the flop with TT+.. so really you only represent a bluff here. Don't get in the mindset of trying to win every hand you run a bluff on. Taking a stab is usually fine, but continuing is only good if you can represent a good range and your opponent is capable of making big folds.
Oh yea also, raise 4x blind vs blind unless they are short stacked.. then 3x would be fine.
