based on this guys aggression factor (.7 after 150 hands) I probably shouldve dumped to his flop bet instead of trying to get him off of it. I was thinking though that he would just dump.

This is not a terrible spot to raise since he's so dry. He did donk a little bit higher than half pot though, which usually represents a decent hand more often. I find that 1/3 pot donk bets are much weaker holdings. As you said tho, .7 AF is incredibly low so I would just give the hand up. You can also click on his stats to get to the popup stats window. In there it also shows at the bottom % Donk Bet. If he donk bets 20% or less he is probably doing it with hands that hit the flop. Obviously something like 66%+ would include a lot of garbage.
As played, this is good checking behind on the turn and river. You just won't get him to fold ever. On the flip of the same coin, you are making a lot of value with AQ+ here.
I'd probably note that he donk bet/calls with TPGK (top pair good kicker). This is good to know so in the future you'd just raise AQ+ instead of slow playing.
