- the first raiser was playing over 60% of his hands and raising about 40%. I didnt have enough stats on the re-raiser, so I just pushed with the Jacks because I really didnt want to see a flop, even with position.

Yea this is basically shove or fold pre. If he was deeper stacked tho you'd really want to reconsider your options and I'd prob fold to an unknown player. You might as well just shove with your 5b here since you can't fold to his shove anyways and you'll have slightly more fold equity. You'll also on rare occasions run into retards who just flat your 5b here, where you still have to shove on Axx boards and the whole experience is terrible.

In this spot in particular, if you feel like this guy is making a move on you or 4b'ing light a high % of the time then shoving is fine. Vs. an unknown this is a real shitty spot and it's really hard to make a strong decision either way. In general though you only want to be shipping these spots vs. very loose players, since any tighter player is going to have AK,QQ+ here. If I had absolutely no stats/info about this guy then I'd probably fold, unless you had some sick loose table image going. Like I said kind of a shitty spot.
