I somehow dont like this ....
if u think his range is only AA,KK , AK then fold pf imo

i think without a read this 2spade blank is perfect for him to shove JJ , TT or even, 88 if hes agressive

check/ calling somehow makes ure hand weaker than it is !
I dont know of a better 4card board u can get for ure QQ than this( without a set obv)

all depends on which kinda villian he is obviously.

Facebook Twitter
U see what i did there with A8 ? He 4 bets and there we go insta jam A8 : ---booooom -- . hahahaha ( Krantz)Last edit: 17/02/2009 09:15

your a FR reg right fox? Given your image and your opponents 3betting frequencies, you should easily know wether this is a fold pf or a flop jam/check jam turn (or c/c turn given stack sizes)

i do think once he raises me i'm up against 1010+ 100% of the time and QQ+ like 95% of the time.

reason's for the post are.

I hate to fold QQ like this.
I still have not been able to move up to NL200 for good now so i know i have leaks and i need to know if this is one of them.

so you're saying if i believe his range is pretty dam strong i should be treating QQ like 88+ and i don't need to be set mining oop?

i mean it's gay cuz i really think i'm up against KK or AA here and given that i could have just folded preflop. But it's like i refuse to go with that read cuz it's QQ but maybe that's the problem.

yea of course not. No reason to set mine with QQ here. If your opponent is 3betting your utg open, and he is a standard tag. This is highly indicative of AA+KK and AK at best. JJ and 1010 both flat the button.

yeah i run almost the same stats and i'm flatting that button with QQ/AK as well. hell i might even flat it with KK.

dont get into the ideology that you "feel weak" folding QQ/AK in these spots. Maybe a few years ago when the games were incredibly soft. But nowadays these limits are nit infested. QQ/AK dont stack off as well as they used to. So try to play them a bit more cautiously.
