Hmm, shoving a bad idea ?? Not sure how loose/tight he is preflop since you have stations in all of the categories. I think K is reasonable in his range and he might hero-call a Q. Problem is, any decent sized valuebet won't leave room to a fold. You can't realy check unless you got a solid idea of him betting a big range here like valuebetting a K or maybe even a Q and bluffing a lot, if not, you basically got to bet because there is still a lot in that range that is checking behind that will call a bet from a station.

Meh... c/c isn't option unless he is overaggro/oveplays his hands and you can't ever b/f therefor I might just shove in the money myself.

Hmm, I guess you could even b/f smallish but only with a solid read that he won't shove worse/bluffshove and some donkeys are capable of shoving some random KJ/K9 or K8 here.

I am thinking between shoving or betting rather smallish whatever I think works best to induce a wider range to call.

Btw, I suck at the pokers and play lower than you do so take my advice with a little grain of salt.

well python says that he likes bigger bets on flop/turn vs stationy guy, and shove river

Yeah, that works, didn't pay attention to flop + turn play as far as sizing goes but setting up for an easier river shove is a good idea.
