This is fine to either 3b or just defend. Your pfr and flop bet sizes are both good.
When he does raise you though you have to always fold. Again, min raise = god don't let it fool you. I am surprised to see him only have QT here, but regardless I'm folding to a flop raise. The other thing you need to look at is his fold to 3b stat. If it's a very high stat then he only calls with big hands, and if it's lower then he calls with a wider range. I imagine it's not super high for this player since he called with QT, but keep that stat in mind too.
