only like 6 hands on this guy, so really no stats, more or less was just wondering if this flop seemed ok to be cbetting or if i should be checking behind here.

Bet more on flop or check behind. I would prob check behind this flop sucks. You can't get away betting half pot on a super coordinated board b/c so many hands will call when the bet is so small. If you think he calls you w/ a lot of crap on the flop then I'd fire the turn too, but I'd rather just check back flop/give up on hand.
