You can fold against a passive player on the turn, it's definitely a bet though.

no I mean your initial bet was correct. You get value from lots of random 1 pair hands and FDs, but once he minraises you can fold if he's passive.

i dont know if i can fold to that minraise.....there are wayy too many draws out there, plus its 1/2....depends on your read of the player....is he passive? he may or may not be....cant tell....im prolly playing it the same way you did, and check folding the river obv.....i may have even check/called or check/raised the turn but that totaly depends on the player im against
