- 135 hands, 48/7. His call after my flop bet led me to believe he was initially on the flush draw, thats why I checked behind on the turn. His check on the river made me think he had a J, so I value bet the aces .

FeARFaCT   United States. May 04 2009 21:58. Posts 496 River bet is fine, might even bet less to entice a call from weaker jacks more often.. but based on your read. As played you did bet pretty hard on the river.. so the minraise is scary. This is probably a fold most of the time. His check on river would lead me to believe he doesn't have the flush, yet the minraise screams otherwise. Otherwise prob fine as played, checking behind turn is ok although I like to fire a lot still esp if the guy is nuts. FeARFaCT.net
