- I only called the flop re-raises because they were both all-in. I probably wouldve folded if they still had money behind, but this just seemed desperate and I had the nut draw against both of them.

The math probably works out here for you as played, although I haven't checked. Wouldn't worry as much about whether or not they are desperate, you have a nut FD 3 way.. basically just comes down to math.
