Why does everyone think that? Has PS actually disclosed how they've coded the hands? If I were writing poker software, I'd have a deck array for every table and a shuffle function to run at the start of each new hand. All the random numbers for a hand would be generated during shuffling so the board dealt would be the same no matter what the players do.
