To an unknown with no reads, yeah, this is a pretty clear fold. Hell, its a pretty easy fold to his 3Bet.
But to a guy who's shown down 88 and A7 in 3bets recently, stuff like midrange pairs, and weaker aces are in his 3bet range. He's also c-betting 95% of the time. Combine that with my tighter image and I think he's folding more than you think.
