Villain was playing 23/10/0.6, is it okay to call once here and c/f the turn to a bet, or should I just be shoving or folding over the raise on the flop.

In position, peeling the flop and calling (or raising) any non-spade is cool, but out of position you either give him two free cards for cheap when he has a FD (because he checks behind so many turns) or you get value owned. So I reraise or fold based on reads. Given his AF of 0.6, I think folding on the flop is fine though.
