AA at that particular table, shouldn't you raise preflop to at least 25 times the big blind? I routinely used to raise it up to 1/5 a buyin there with AA/KK because it's just too cheap to see the flop (and get sucked out on) otherwise.

25 times.... this would be so horribly obvious that i have AA haha might as well go all in pre flop

Im not sure what to do tomorrow when I see her, should I shake her hand?? -Floofy

True, but, again, at that level, watch--you will get callers half the time.

at 5NL my standard raise was 6BB +1 per limper after the first.

Dunno. That's just the way I used to do it, cuz I was running into the same problem whenever I got AA/KK (someone with rags would call me and flop two pair, a straight, or worse). I figured I was better off if everyone folded than if the whole damned table called me (due to a preflop raise that was too small to discourage all but the strongest hands from calling). I don't know the odds, but, isn't it extremely difficult to win a hand with AA if you're called by four or more people? Again, at that level, I found I could not consistently reduce the field to just a few callers unless I raised it up to at least 25 times the big blind.
