there's nothing wrong about flat because a UTG raise + UTG+1 3bet makes my range so obv?

Nothing horribly wrong perse, but I think its better to just 3 bet. Just because you think your range is obvious does not mean a 100NL regular can make that same conclusion

preflop is fine imo, flatting occasionally there with premiums protects your flatting range against squeezers

stay sharp.

i dont like flatting against the utg as utg+1

i would prefer flatting late pos vs mid pos raise esp if blinds are tricky and can squeeze

here i play it simple and just 3bet, i dont think we get squeezed enough here unless utg is very loose and/or the people behind us are very aggro
