wtf NO call... its 50% of your stack ffs, you cant flat call here, you either push or fold.
I assume everyone else folded, so Kamikaze is the PF raiser, if someone raises and you go over the top he will fold 99% of the time (unless he sux) and you will be facing someone with probably a set or a very strong hand with a NAKED non-nut flush darw, its not even a combo, and you might run into the nut draw plus its only 2 way (3 way gives you better odds) since the pf raiser will fold.
FOLD imo. |

the 2nd guy check raised for half of his chips, so i had zero fold equity. I wanted to hopefully see the next two cards without commiting my whole stack, didn't happen though. The pot odds were just too good to pass up. |

3-way with a fd is ok nearly all the time, the fd gives you 35%, there might be a higher flush, but that cancels out with chances of hitting 2pair or trips.
So if you feel the other guy will call here too, calling is ok (which he probably will, he's pf raiser and it's a minraise). I feel that pushing (&isolating) makes you a dog tho, am i wrong? |

the pre flop raiser had over half of his chips in already, so he wasn't folding |

*shrug* if you call this you have to call all in on the turn. If you push all in you do still have some fold equity. Not a lot, but I think calling is the worst option. |

anyone who thinks flat calling here is an option simply doesnt not understand poker.
You are oop, you wont get a free card he is pushing turn and now what, you will obv call and you missed the Fold Equity + imagine of pushing flop, also someone might get away if the turn is a spade

Fair enough. There was no fold equity though. The pre flop raiser had over $30 in and only had $20 left, and obviously had a good hand, so he wasnt going anywhere. The other guy check raised the flop after a pre flop re raise, so he must have had a huge hand, he wasn't going anywhere. I don't want the first guy to fold anyway, assuming the 2nd guy won't fold. The part about him getting away if a spade hits does make sense though. |
