no, you're an underdog against most of his hands and he could already have a made hand here. there's barely any money in the pot, overbet pushing is horrible.

straight draw + pair is 45% vs top pair, and most top pair hands on this board have some of your outs killed. 2pair is also very possible against which you'd only have potentially trips or your straight as outs (maybe not even trips sometimes), and of course he could already have a made straight and you could be drawing to shit.
