on the flop it sucks since you're 4way out of position versus absolute calling stations (people who call with anything) but nontheless you need to bet to protect your hand (charge people to continue playing). bet 4 cents, fold to a raise.

on the turn you hit a 2 pair which is great so no need to slowdown. bet it heavy like 10 cents. generally people will call any size bet here and fold to any size bet- i.e they made up their mind whether to continue or not.

river- on higher stakes people will see that u overbet the pot and think "oh shit" and fold 90% of their hands. but maybe it works here. since PokerQ32 is short u can put him allin since if hes called flop and turn, then he should call the river as there is only 1 straight draw on the flop. so here is either bet 30 or put in the rest of his stack.
