Villain is 25/8/3 when he raises he's basically repping 66 (3 combos) QJ (6 combos), and flush draws like Axss, 78ss, 89ss,9Tss (~10 combos, rough estimate) but from his stats I can pretty much assume he's a fish and most fish plays draws passively so I probably should've just folded this.

I was thinking it through, and against a reg with 100bb stacks, flatting the flop and bet/folding the turn ~1/2 pot or smaller should be a pretty effective line? I don't think many players will semi-bluff raise the turn again with a draw getting such good odds so I can bet/fold comfortably vs most standard TAGs and if called and river blanks off I can check/call or bet like 1/4th pot to induce. Thoughts?
