Rasie flop, bet turn shove river if he views you as a stupid nit (hint: He does if you play like this), flat flop raise turn shove river if he thinks you're full of it and floaty. Shove river as played but it really looks like a bd flush or something so you should raise earlier before scary cards hit.

If I raise at any point in the hand I turn my hand face up, which is why I bluff dry boards so much and never get paid off when I have sets if I fast play them. He has less than pot-sized bet left on the river and it's just a question of whether or not he has enough backdoor draws in his range to warrant just flatting, and I don't think it was too likely based on his preflop stats so I guess it was shove :/. I think he's a decent enough reg to know I'm never bluff-raising the river and he's beat but can't lay it down just because of the odds.

And Dusty by the river I think my hand looks most likely like KQ/KJ, TT, A9cc, 9Tcc, or a set and combinatorically (is that a word?) KQ/KJ/TT is much more likely, and when I raise on flop my hand looks like 22/99 or complete air and I've been in line so he won't think I'm bluffing, if I raise the turn it looks like set or 98.

edit: all the above is my view for most regs NL100/NL200, I don't think ppl are leveling each other on dry boards as much as mid-high stakes yet.

yeah you played this perfectly, your opponents will always play perfectly if you make any aggressive action so its better to only raise when you have the nuts and hope you cooler them

in all seriousness it is ok to call down ip against aggressive guys sometimes but you are 100% missing a ton of value by flatting the river

yea I agree about river play especially given his sizing, but I don't see any other way to play it pre-river

ur joking that u think he folds the Kx's in his range just cuz u raise his cbet on the flop...right...cuz i mean raise flop, to 30, bet 45 on turn, shove will get value a lot.

Plus if you think he's folding Kx to a raise on flop i seriously doubt he would triple barrel with it cuz he's probably money scared and will c/c rivers

i don't mind calling down really if u know he's aggro as hell, obv shove river but that's been said

dont tap the glass...im about ready to take a fucking hammer to the aquarium

I think if I raise the flop and fire the turn he'll fold all hands I'm ahead of. I think he'll value bet at least two streets with AA/KQ/AK maybe KJ sometimes so I get at least one more bet out of him vs the raise flop and bet turn line.

I mean come on reverse the spots and say you raised AA UTG, get called by a TAG reg in the CO who you perceive to be another multitabling reg and don't have any history.

Standard c-bet on the flop, and you get raised to 3x, so ~40. You have an overpair so you call, but aren't feeling too good about your hand, he fires 2/3 pot on the turn, and you don't think he'll be doing this with a worse hand for value, he's been in line the whole time so a bluff is unlikely, what's your play?

vs

Standard c-bet on the flop, he calls and you think he'll have KQ/KJ, sets, 98s/9Ts, and TT. You bet the turn again to get value from KQ/KJ, 9Ts, TT; you're behind sets and now 98 but you can another street of value so you bet again and he calls. When he calls the turn his range is most likely KQ/KJ and 9Tcc, and combinatorically KQ/KJ is way more likely than 9Tcc (24:1) so you put in a 2/3 pot value bet.. and you get raised .......................
