u can 3bet/fold if he 4 bets, and then create some metagame that will include crazy 3betting/4betting bluffs..
I believe that calling down vs neilyaa is fine here, also 3betting pre is good |

Yeah I butchered that hand, and same here. I got a lot to learn as there was no need to second barrel when I played just premiums. But hey, thats why I play like this |

just play more solid,
3bet 1010+ and AQs and call a shove
With hands like these(A10s, qk etc) i will flatcall pre and play with position. Call down if he likes to make 3 barrel bluffs on boards like Axxxx and 10 72 xx, raise when u hit a flushdraw and shove it in
