i rather lose 1k in 10min than 1k in 5 hours
wasting 5 hours to lose 1k sux
losing 1k in 10 you dont care because you have alot of time to get it back
stop watching ur roll goign up/down while you play
open your tables and play your game
when a bad beat happens you should not react
you should expect it to happens and you should not be affected...
I have the same reaction when i get suckedout/i suckout/i win/i lose/other fold...

i dont know what ur roll is but
you should play with 30 buyin to 50, just a lil tip
its crazy how, when you follow this, you are way less affected by suckouts and shit like that
also, try to take your time.... poker is all about long run...
you dont need to win alot everyday
a lil bit everyday is allllllllllll good
so take your time, you dont have to go nl600 in 1 week,
