What if you are a 3betting tard and they start calling you light Neilly -,-

+What about them 2 limpers, calling is just an invitation for rusher fag set miners.

Depends on villain Neilly, but i really love your bets sizing rockman, maybe a little bit bigger on flop like 36$ or is there any reason for that ?

Odds are exactly 50%: it either happens or not

idk im not folding ever on this flop i guess i just rather set up a 3 barrel than a 2 barrel and obv i dont want to let him hit a free 2 outer so i never check my made hands o_O

i 3b more because the 2 biggest fish on table limped and im not going to cold call AQ in worst position, dunno. lots of dead money, i has blockers, if fish call im in great position to take down a big pot with the nuts, if reg 4bets i happily fold.. if he cold calls with ak i get completely destroyed..

i think its a vast error in judgement to decide that my preflop play here is horrid :O

but the guy i was up against is like the biggest winner at this limit rofl ptr him

good to thin the field, i agree, but 3betting AQ oop is a losing proposition, especially against the biggest winner at 1/2...

w/e, keep doing it, your logic is semi flawed, but whos isn't

you make no sense, good players call wider when they have position, so i should be able to 3bet for value wider oop than i can in position, good players 4bet or fold out of position so they call super thin

skill advantage discluded and just talking about hand strength ranges, if im out of position and they're going to be ip postflop i should except them to naturally call wider than they would if they were oop postflop

my point is that he flats with PP's and will 4b you with JJ+ so your giving away free BB's, when you're called he has AQ+ if he holds an ace, and he can be slowplaying a ton of hands.

You are also trying to play this hand OOP when you don't know where the villian is

to look more in depth we should have stats

To thin the field is the only reason i can agree with this play, although I think thats still not a viable enough of an arguement to make this play consistently.

Thinning the field potentially loses you money too, especially when you flat and flop Q hi, or a flush, straight, etc.

You do realize nobody in there right mind will call 3bets with AJ unless they are a complete monkey or you have a sick metagame with them from past hands / hands they have seen

You thinning the field "won" you this pot, but will re-inforce a belief that this a strong play ITLR, when this is only viable in 6max where players are raising a ton of hands in MP/LP, or in tournaments where ppl can't rebuy and u can make them fear there tournament life.

In a full ring cash game, this is a call in vacuum because you are OOP, because you can flop a fcking monster, because the "set miners and dead money" will most likely pay you off if you hit big, and you need to make an appproiate fold 12.5% of the time vs the setminers.

Meh, GL, hope u can get some good info from that.

Ryan
