Worthless without a read on villain. Typically in these spots you're either slightly ahead in a flip or way ahead vs an underpair. But I'm more of a cash game player, so maybe some donkament players can chime in

You're opening from UTG with a solid hand, but if you don't plan on calling a shove, i don't think you should be raising this up. Was your intention to play for set value? Seems like a chip leak to me.
