i think that you should cbet flop. I dont know about the player but in general I think that really many people call 4bets (even some party regs lol) to fold against 1/3 - ½ pot cbets
well yeah makes it a bluff when you have a ton of showdown value but makes the hand fun and easy to play too
checking down is sure fine too, and as played i fold turn

this is preety standard. If hes flatting a hand like 56s OOP to bluff you later in the hand then congrats to him, but that is super uncommon
c-betting seems kinda bad since you have to call a shove, and our hand will perform poorly against his shove range

just b/c you cbet the flop doesnt mean you have to call a shove wtf?
i think this is alright but there are very similar situations where cbetting the flop is the better play
