well i was a little confused during the hand but this is what i thought

he is a decent player and is not geting out of line. He is capable of rr the flop with medium pocket pairs or worse ( + good hands ). So i thought if i raised he fold all his weak hands and will go allin or flat better hands then my TT but i may be wrong
